Experience with WoW: I began playing WoW in Febuary 2004, and spent a couple of months hopping characters. When the Defias Brotherhood server launched, I began playing here, joining in its first week. I have played continously since then, with the exception of 2 6 month breaks. My two main characters have been Eselan and Jaldir (Jaldir died c.a 1 year ago and is now Valdar). Both Eselan and Valdar are level 80 and have extensive character back-grounds. As I have done little else on WoW than RP, I would consider my RP experience rather extensive.

How did you hear of us?: Eselan used to be in the Disciples, and besides... who hasn't heard of the Disciples, really?

Do you know anyone in the order already?: Beladon, miss Longhill and probably more.

Hobbies: Stuff.

If I may say so, writing has nothing to do with your RP skills. I could be an amazing writer and an utter shite RPer and vice versa.

It's an indicator when there is no one in the Guild who already knows the applicant. It also encourages inexperienced roleplayers to think about their character backgrounds. In your case, though, it's a little different. That's why I suggested that existing members vouching for you should be sufficient.
